1st thing was keeping my Colorado for a week trying to call me to come in and sign the paper to let them do the work!!! Not having my correct phone #!!!! I could have driven it for a whole WEEK before they started working on it!!@##$ The work done with shoddy parts the 1st time it was ready!!!! Had to get New parts and paint them and put them back together again...... Everything looks fine when completed.

Communication was awful about my repair status. I had zero communication that my repair required parts that needed to be ordered. The parts that were ordered, had an issue so they needed to be reordered. I was never notified this, I had to reach back out to the shop to see if I needed to extend my rental. Which I did. So another minor part was delayed, I was able to drive away with my car but needed to come back. I had to call three separate times to get an update on when my car needed to be back in the shop

There was a couple issues when I got my truck back but they acted quickly on getting the calibration guy out and got it working correctly.
