I needed work done on my vehicle at no fault of my own. Michael Cheli, the gentleman I worked with was extremely knowledgeable. His knowledge on bodywork on top of his mechanical prowess was impressive and put my mind to ease. The secretary, and very kind lady whom took care of me as a walked in, and informed me of the status along the way. Was also fantastic, friendly, and very detailed when giving me information in person and via the phone. They turned a very unsavory experience into something very tolerable. Best of all the work done by Michael Cheli and his team was top notch. The repair is flawless and the detailing of my car was pristine. I will certainly recommend Michael Cheli and his team at Caliber Collision to anyone in need of work. And any future repair I may need myself in the future, I will be contacting Michael.

I brought my car in for jerking, a light bring on, and there was a little oil leaking at one point. None of these issue have been fixed. The outside body work does look good, but the inside work isn’t fixed and the suggestion I’m getting is take to to my mechanic.

They were nice, and had me bring my car back once. But again telling me to take my car to my mechanic when I brought it there to be fixed is not acceptable.
