There is still so much paint damage on the vehicle that did not get fixed! My new bumper isn't aligned correctly and popped out of place and they told me they were installing brand new front tires and then reused the old ones. Took twice as long as originally quoted and still half-assed the job and charged insurance 10 grand.

Mike and his team were very helpful and nice to work with. We had a long wait for a backordered part and Mike took the time to update me every week or two so I wasn't wondering what was going on.
