I previously visited another repair shop that was closer to my house. I did not have a positive experience and they were going to make it very difficult to work with insurance. Caliber was easy to work with, guaranteed their work, and took excellent care of my vehicle.

I’m so thankful for the employees that help and my mom out. The customers service was amazing. The manager and the staff was so honest and caring kind, understanding. After assembly the hood is not fitting good with the fender. The panel gap is worse. I hope this panel gap doesn’t create any problem for me in the future.
