The rear view mirror was not reattached correctly which required us to return to the body shop twice. A part had to be ordered and then we had to return to have the part installed.

This was my second time working on the paint issues but some of them were still not addressed and even when I tried pointing them out while taking the delivery of my vehicle, Mike just ignored me saying “we did the best we can and I have other costumer to address “ and walked inside.
