Took much longer than it should have. There seemed to be mistakes made by the technician that I feel shouldn't have been made. Caliber lost our trust and confidence about half way thru the procese

The work was finally done 1 week after the the quoted completion date. Every day after the 13 of February there was 1 excuse after another on why it wasn't finished. The work they did seems satisfactory but the time it took was not.

They were very good about updating me on the status of my vehicle while it was in the shop. However, when I picked up my vehicle and took it to have the tires checked because the air light was on I found out that my hubcap was not put on correctly so they could not check the air and the lug nuts were stripped and had to be replaced. I called to discuss this but never got a return call.

The paint on the repair the last time I saw it looked like the paint was swirled on the left side.Witch the panel and bumper were replaced.Also it had a new gaudy scratch on it Iam assuming from transport across town.I pick it up on the 3rd.
