They kept us informed. They were friendly. They did good work. The car was immaculate when we picked it up. Their biggest mistake was taking possession of car and getting it ready without replacement parts in hand—during a supply chain crisis. That may be normal practice but we’re not in normal times and as a result, I was without a drivable car for a month.
