They replaced my bumper but it’s not completely attached to the car. I noticed it shortly after picking up my car. I called caliber to let them know and was told to bring my car back so they can make some adjustments. I took it back, they made it tighter but days later the bumper started to separate again. I don’t have any time during the day to take my car back to caliber so I’m just stuck with my car looking crappy. They were paid to do my repair but the quality of work was as if they did it for free.

Great customer service by the entire staff, especially the receptionist! I was surprised by how quickly the job was done, I was told my car would be ready this Friday around 5pm, and it was ready for pick-up yesterday, Monday, 3/6/23!
