After taking the car off the lot i wasn't able to start my car. My car was dead. This has never happened to me before. i was able to get my car to start after jumping it but wasn't able to start the car a second time. My father took a look it at and told me that the negative terminal of the battery was loose. it wasn't secured down. Having my car not start was a terrible feeling. Second, the gas cap wasn't secured down either. The gas falls on the ground now unless I hold it which i shouldnt have to do. Third there is minor chips in the paint which dont bother me as nearly as much as the other 2 things. These are the problems that I have experienced or seen. i hope there is nothing else wrong with my car. It just seems to me that the person or persons working on my car are forgetful.

The first day of coming to Caliber Collision, the people where nice and informative. Jessica was able to answer all my questions I had and she was very nice. I appreciate her. I was also informed weekly on how my car was doing.

Very bad quality control. The work was falling apart and when I returned the vehicle, it was admitted to me that parts were missing that had to be ordered to do the job right.
