My car was in the shop for over a month. I can understand that being a new car made parts hard to find. However, Caliber was not particularly communicative with me on progress.. The company was more so when it was Zakar's and then Abra. There were several sloppy repairs that had to be redone before the car was acceptable. My brother, who got the car as I was out of town,was told they were sending the car out for detailing before he received it. However, the car did not reflect having been detailed. Since my brother was dealing with a daughter in the hospital at the time he did not feel he had the time to take care of that.

This company was very professional kind and considerate I think they did a great job and whoever detailed our car did a really good job when I get in our vehicle it felt and looked brand new off the showroom floor I wish that I can use caliber to detail my car when needed
