I just want to say thank you! I was dealing with a lot and all I needed was an understanding. I didn't receive clarity and/or any true sympathy until I walked into Caliber and met Angie! I think she is a wonderful employee, but rather yet, a very empathic and compassionate person. Angie provided knowledge and skills beyond what I could imagine! I will forever use caliber! Upon initial pickup I noticed fresh scratches and chips on newly painted bumper, upon secondary re-spray pickup I noticed deep gouges in plastic trim along bumper caused during bumper removal and trunk does not close properly. Worse than initial damage! Far from satisfied, never to return…

I dropped the car off with two gouges in the bumper and got it back with five gouges, a scratch, a scuff, two chips in the paint and a trunk that takes three slams to close... in a nut shell. It's like the car was repaired with malice and the damage is worse than it was originally?

I’m satisfied with the overall quality. My reason for the 7 rating is strictly because a couple of things I’ve noticed post repair mainly cleanliness and presentations. Front passenger seat belt had a lot of grease residue, the front interior on the passenger side frame is slightly poking out but not noticeable to others and just cleanliness. Otherwise, communication was on par and customer satisfaction.
