The team was efficient and communicative! My only note - the Google page for the closed Caliber in Blue Island lists the Wireton locations contact info without specifying that it's closed. I called to find out hours and didn't realize I'd been talking to the wrong location until after my insurance had already sent my info to the closed shop. Everyone was really helpful with sorting this out, but maybe it would make everyone's job simpler if there was some kind of voicemail that specified that you'd be talking to Wireton while the other location is closed?
