Very cool people that walked me through everything that would be happening to my car. They were very transparent about payment and gave accurate estimates since the beginning. All in all, superb customer service. The wait time ended up being shorter than expected. My car was in the shop for a little less than a month even with their short staff. There was no fuss, and Caliber called almost every week with updates so that I knew what was happening and what would happen moving forward. They did excellent work and my Car looks great. It was a very smooth experience from beginning to end and I would recommend them to everyone that needs their car fixed.

Car was not completely repaired. They claim that it was because the insurance didn't approve repairs. They claimed to have sent my car out to be looked over, I highly doubt that. Very disappointed that I ha e to take my car to a dealer and get it checked out so it can be completed.
