Didn’t get much of a update on how the car was doing when we did get a update it would be a simple text… Took over a month to get my car back. Very vag with what they were doing.

Caliber Collision in Crestwood is my go-to shop for vehicle repairs. They consistently do fantastic work! Customer service is excellent. I was kept up to date on the progress of my repairs with text updates and phone calls as warranted. Michael Humeston was courteous and helpful throughout the process. My car was returned to me looking brand new. As an added bonus, the car was washed and vacuumed. I highly recommend this shop for body repairs!

As far as mechanically everything looks like it’s all in place and looks great as far as that goes but the lines along that edges of the bumper going into the trim are not lined up and there’s actually a little bubble Of paint,Which is what made it so noticeable. So I will be needing this fixed

Let me start by say that the general manager Ed owned my problem! Absolutely great service. In today's society, it's rare to get someone to care, let alone call you up with a follow up! As well as, communication throughout the process. Just floored by the professionalism and genuine sense of making sure it was done right and that I was satisfied. Ed got me up and going with a restored faith in what excellent service looks like. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
