After 3 weeks of owning my 2021 Kia, someone rear-ended me and cause major damage *about $9000 in damage*. People said, " once a new car is crashed, it'll never drive the same". LIES! They have my car riding like brand new and looking like it too. They kept me informed every step of the way. Shoutout to Cierra for calling me with updates. Definitely utilizing their services again - hopefully not soon though. Thank you guys!!

Caliber on Wireton Road in Blue Island was recommended to me. I did some social media research and Ed, the manager's name came up as a consistent, honest and above and beyond person to work with. What reviews did not mention was Charisse ( name may be misspelled) was also a pleasure to work with. The entire shop including the team in the back was phenomenal and professional. They were also extremely accommodating! I hope I don't have to seek their services again, but I will recommend them all around.
