Colliber Collision (2956 Wireton rd. Blue Island, Illinois) will be my body repair for any and all body repair work needed going forward. Branch manager Edward Lebron has made this facility very "top flight" and has a "top notched" supporting team. I'd likely go beyond 10 and rate this facility +10;000. I have other work to be done and will return to this facility. Furthermore, I have already told friends and relatives of the best service I've ever received since my initial encounters with such beginning in 1969.

Upon arrival, receptionist Sierra was most friendly, courteous and accommodating. She also made my vehicle rental accommodations go without hitch. Any questions I had were answered professionally, a quality I don't often see.

The service was pretty much great. Ed is a good guy. The process was very rocky. I guess my biggest issue was waiting 4 weeks for a custom part, that I had to source and it doesn't fit properly. It never made complete sense to me from the onset. It's tough looking at a big gap in my bumper every day.

They lied. I went in for an estimate she said I had to sign for them to give eat on the car due to COVID-19. I called that entire week. And they called back saying my car was finished I never gave authorization for them to do the work. The lady took it upon her self. I’m a senior and I asked plenty of questions she flat out lied

I recently had an insurance claim repair here. The work was done with lightning speed. Their communication was excellent. Not only did they do a great job on the repair but it appears they buffed out the whole car! There was a 6ft long scratch on the opposite side of the repair and it is completely gone. Then, within 100 ft of exiting the property, I ran over a giant screw. Not only did they plug my tire, but they ended up replacing the air valve, checking all my other valves, and re-syncing the tps sensor, for which they did not charge me one penny. Edwin made me feel like a VIP from start to finish. Highly recommended.
