Timing was the issue. There was a disconnect between my agent and the repair center and I waited 2 weeks and finally had to track down the agent to get authorization for it to be repaired. The agent blamed the center, the center said they were not notified, I was never notified it was cleared for repair. Given the agent was difficult to contact and I had great contact with the center I believe them that they were not contacted

While the body work was satisfactory the vehicle was returned to me with the damage to the suspension at the impact sight( front passeneger wheel well) completely unrepaired(shaking above 70mph, rumbling when wheel is turned at low speeds, clacking coming from wheel as the car goes over bumps, and slight grinding coming from that wheel well as the car comes to a complete stop) Complete rookie move to think that an impact of that caliber on the wheel would have 0 impact on the suspension. Now I have to fight my insurance to get it repaired properly. Never using caliber collision again.
