The one thing that was very helpful is that they stayed in touch with me by sending me a message the whole time my car was being worked on. Also, if I had any questions they would respond within the same day. When I did pick up my car, it looked great. They had it all cleaned up and even put air in my tires. Now that’s customer service! Thank you.

This was my first experience with Caliber Collision. Previously we’ve used another local painting and body business. When GEICO recommended Caliber I agreed to give it a try. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Dom did a thorough examination of my car and laid out what he saw as needing to be done. Throughout the time Caliber had my Mazda, they stayed in contact with me…letting me know where my car was in the repair process. I’ve not experienced that before. I can, without reservation, recommend Caliber Collision in Blythewood to friends and family. I hope I’ll not have the need for repairs in the future, but will definitely have Caliber Collision fix them if I do. Kudos to GEICO for recommending Caliber Collision. Great job guys.

My car looked as good as new after the repairs were completed. Dom did a great job of identifying everything that needed to be done…some of which I had missed. Caliber did an excellent job of keeping me informed on the status of the repairs. I’m grateful that GEICO recommended Caliber Collision to me as I had previously used another local Paint & Body that doesn’t measure up to Caliber
