You guys are late to the party once more. I answered this one already. And yes.. it’s like when a baby is attempting to tell you all they are thinking. But with excitement. . Well sorta like that. Yes sir!! All of my family members! All of my friends!? All of those who hate or love! I refuse to allow them to patronize any other business That’s just the sacred text of our lifetimes. We must recognize. As written before.. CC is the very best. And they are not taking any prisoners. When you remain on top for so long they realize that complacency can set in. But that’s where management comes in and assesses the atmosphere. The Leadership for Caliber Collision is unmatched and second to none. The investment of time with their employees is not decided each year. It is mandatory. They believe and take care of their employees. Their job model is beyond the realm. The reality is that the Toyota looks so much better than when we were driving it prior to the accident ! The Repairs and the quality are exemplary. And my wife has a very keen eye for any mark, small oddity and she is very impressed with the work they did and the quality.. we will consult Caliber Collision for any accident we may encounter and recommend them to our family and friends. The technicians are highly trained and very accurate and experts that continue to perfect their craft through the training classes they attend provided by Caliber Collision. Continuing to perfect, achieve and take pride in the work they do.we are grateful and so very elated and blessed that Caliber Collision is a business where the customer is valued, instructed about the process. Kept informed throughout the progress of the repairs via text. And given notice when the vehicle is finished earlier like 7/10 days prior than predicted. Reverse light left disconnected. Positive battery terminal cover left off the battery. Exhaust still damaged from collision after I pointed out the misalignment damage before repair. Very disappointed in attention to detail. Now I’m worried about the not so obvious mistakes.

Jackson stayed in continuous contact with me on the progress of my repairs. I have a 2026 vehicle. So I wanted the most professional repair I could get. Caliber in my opinion is the best I could find. I wanted the best.
