Brian and Chris both discussed the damage to my car ahead of repairs and Brian gave me a “ball park” estimate of cost. Caliber seemed to work seamlessly with State Farm to get approval of repairs and then payment. I t was a good experience for me in the midst of COVID 19 pandemic.
