My experience was superb. The job took a bit longer than expected but constant communication with Brian made it all work just fine. He was very proactive about the longer than anticipated lead time and was up front about an additional cost to fix a problem. After his explanation, I knew it wouldn’t be quite right without it and decided to move forward. Very pleasant experience because of Brian and I would certainly recommend Caliber to any of my friends and colleagues.

Lack of communication and questions between the ins company and caliber were conflicting answers. The work was done very good but the frustration of getting my car back on time was not acceptable.
