Caliber Collision went above and beyond with my car. I brought it in just to get an estimate and they sent me off with a rental and my car was already off to the shop. They kept in touch with text updates of what stage my car was at with a promised finish date. They finished it a few days before the promised finished date. They even fixed another part of my car in addition just cause so my car really looks like brand new! They made the process quick, easy, and efficient! I would definitely recommend and use again in the future! Thanks again to the Caliber Collision team.

The repair was good. However, my window washer reservoir was replaced but left empty. I feel like that should have been filled. On the bright side, customer service was excellent and the communication was clear and pleasant.

Everything was fantastic! The speed of service was great, the communication level was the best I've ever experienced, I was involved and aware every step of the way! Everyone was super polite and my car was cleaner than I left it, which was totally unexpected! Amazing work guys, really!
