Very professional from top to bottom. All the folks involved very friendly and informative. Repairs were completed promptly and they did a super nice job. Also very honest folks, their tech found my wife's lost gold ring when processing the damage and returned it promptly to us. I would point out this was a very valuable ring and we would have had no idea if he had just stuck it in his pocket.

Definitely appreciate the desk, reminding about chargers and passes and door openers or whatever which is always helpful even though they have probably say it more than twice a day it helps! Also, the staff doing the walk-through is very helpful; accommodating, listening. At this time, some of us don't know so much about cars; only what happened to their car. The staff just empathizes and lets you speak. Tells you how they're gonna fix it plain and simple. Doesn't make you feel silly or that you need to take auto shop.
