Everything looks great, but the paint is drastically darker on the panels that were replaced/painted than the rest of my car. I'm sure this is due to oxidation, but I had confidence Caliber would've been able to color match a little closer. I am pleased with the amount of time it took to repair my car.

I made an online reservation, yet they called to ask me to maek one. I want them to always keep track of our online reservation status. Previously, they started repairs after confirming the necessary parts were secured. This time, that point was unclear, and I didn't know if they could repair it immediately. I want them to accept reservations that minimize the time my car is out for repair. However, everything else was good. They explained things clearly and were kind and courteous.
