Caliber Collisions business and customer serve processes are top notch. As a full time working mom of two young kids often there is a little dread in having to manage the concept of car repairs. Isa kept me week informed about the process and concerns about my car. The manager drove the car to my house and then took the rental car back !

The text telling me that the paint department was a little behind and that the car would need to stay a few days longer at your shop could have been worded differently. Only when I stated that I did not want to pay for the rental car for the extra days did someone tell me that they had already contacted both my insurance and the rental car agency.
