Yes, the service was amazing with all the people that I talked to, which was very minimal. They were all very nice and very knowledgeable and when I got my car, they just went above and beyond when I picked up my car destiny is the one that helped me out and she was telling me all the stuff that they did and and the shaking underneath the car didn’t have anything to do with the exhaust, but it was a panel underneath the car that was loose and that the clips have disintegrated and they didn’t even have to do this, but they use zip ties to hold it together and that just made me happy you know maybe it wasn’t all the way fixed but they they helped me out as far as the noise and I’m fine with that. I’m totally fine with that but yeah, I’ll go to them again. Thank you.

My experience at caliber collision was a good experience. All the people that I talk to was very kind and nice and willing to help and they had my car back within a reasonable time. When I went to go pick up my car, I talked about what they did and what all the issues were and there was a really bad. My car shakes really bad and it came from underneath, and I thought it was the exhaust pipe, and apparently it wasn’t and I feel like they went above in the beyond what I thought they would I wasn’t expecting them to fix the cover that goes underneath and that’s what was shaking my car and they just took the zip ties and re-repaired that they didn’t have to do that. I didn’t ask them to do that and they didn’t charge me for that. They just went ahead and fixed it for me And that that meant something to me even though it’s just something minimal and maybe silly, but it will help out for a while until if and when I can get it fixed, but I just really appreciate them and I know I’ve been there before, but they made this experience.better than before. I will definitely becoming them to them in the future you guys rock!

Went into Caliber Collision to get a my side door done and Destiny gave me some information about my claim and gave me different options that would help me on my end and I’m super thankful for giving me that information and watching out for my best interest.
