They kept pushing back the completion date, taking zero accountability for it. The fit on the repair looks like a child did it. 1/8" on one side, 3/4" on the other. Left the truck unattended and somebody rifled through it. God knows what all was stolen. They installed the weather stripping wrong on the door so we whistle down the highway. Absolutely awful experience. But at least I get to lose my truck again for who knows how long so they can try to fix their mistakes. Took them almost a month to replace a front bumper and grill by the way. The "wash" was absolutely laughable. Literally nothing positive I can say about my experience with Caliber on Royal Blvd in Boise.

Everything on the car looks great, communication from Destiny was awesome and she was great through the process. Also the team I spoke with originally was great as well. Only thing I didn't love was the strong paint smell when we picked up the car.
