Very friendly staff and answered all my questions! They were easy to get a hold of and always willing to help. The only issue I encountered was my insurance company telling me they had not received confirmation on my return of the rental car when I left it with Caliber Collision and they told me they would contact the Rental Car company. My claim was reopened because of it

Very difficult to communicate through their chain of command. For One example, we discussed the first day about my paying extra to have them paint a couple of scratches on rear bumper and was told no problem. Never got an estimate of work to be done before work was started ( seems I had signed a form for them to do the work day after accident and didn’t realize that gave them Carte Blanche to do with no communication with me). When I asked for and got an estimate, it was “parts” “labor”. Then when told that car had gone to painting, I said again to remember the scratches on the back bumper. She said no problem they could touch those up. They did just that… put some paint on them. Unfortunately, when I picked up the car, not realizing the paint had just been put on or due to the rain was not stable, I touched it and the paint came off on my finger. To their credit, they did not charge me. I would have preferred to have them painted and paid the extra fee as original verbal contract. I asked for complete, detailed list of what was done and I did get that at the time of pickup. One example.

The service was excellent and they even washed my car. I would recommend them to any friends or family, it was the best service I’ve ever had at a body shop.
