My car interior was dirtier after the repairs than when I dropped it off as if someone had been eating inside it and left a mess. There were also plastic car parts that cover the rear hybrid battery of my car that were thrown around the trunk and not put back into place. I don’t know why they were even removed. The damage to the car was under the hood… Please work on professionalism.

Best experience I’ve had ever! During a time where my car was being fixed and stress was high you guys did not add to but actually made things better!! You all are very on top of things! You kept me in the loop and even got done sooner than quoted! The gentleman at Caliber in Boise off of royal went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. Again best experience ever!

There are drops of some type of apoxt on the door ledge the front passenger door has paint missing from the edge and the car smells so my like apoxy or paint that it gives me a headache when I drive it overall dissatisfied withe repair
