Shelby was very helpful throughout the whole process. She answered all my questions, put my nerves at ease and communicated with me at every step of the process. I was anticipating my car being at the shop for more than a week but I was serviced and back on the road rather quickly. Great service. Would definitely recommend coming here to people!

To be frank they did a great job on car it really shocked on how it came out I was really worried but all my fears have been put to rest and I would suggest any and very one to choose Caliber for repairs. I have a few mods I would like to add to my other car and will be visiting u guys for that 1.

The grill is not the original color, the Chevy Bow tie is now gold in the front when it was originally black and I had to pay my deductible out of pocket even though my insurance adjuster explained to me that it was to be waived from the shops end.

The overall work was done exactly as intended. My main issues are that the grill that was originally on my vehicle was chrome colored and is now black and the Chevy bow tie emblem was black and is now gold, even though the one bow tie on the back is black.

Updates came regularly and my vehicle was ready a whole week earlier than estimated. Everyone at the shop was very polite. I did have an issue with having to pay my deductible out of pocket to release my vehicle back to me. But I’m sure that was more of an insurance thing.
