Everyone that I dealt with was very professional and pleasant . Romeo was excellent at making sure that all of my concerns were escalated to his supervisor and his supervisor made sure any issues were handled quickly. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet too .

I will be returning it on Monday. Bumper coming off. Side mirror is not snapped on and paint has chips. Car was not finished.

They had my Lexus IS 350 F-sport for 57 days! The first time they said it was ready, the paint was off several shades. The car was taken in again and it was disassembled and reassembled 3 times trying to match the paint color!! They eventually had to send my car to another state (Marshall, TX) to have someone else try and match it which they did. The location I used went through TWO general managers (one quit, not sure about the other) while my car was in the shop and when it was completed, there was no manager to even speak to. I don't understand why this was such a diffficult task, I mean isn't fixing cars and matching paint ALL YOU DO?!?!
