Everyone was so nice and professional. Ms. Lisa went above and beyond to accommodate me. I would definitely recommend Caliber to anyone who needs Collision repair. They did an excellent job on the repairs. You would never know my vehicle had been in a accident. Thank you all so much.

We know that there was a lot going on at this particular Caliber, but this was a very stressful experience. My vehicle took a very long time to be repaired and until recently we weren’t given information regarding the repair process. We would still chose Caliber again in the future, but maybe not this location.

Between my 9-5 job, my family and I also run a farm and with the last 6 minths we have been in season and I’ve been unable to manage my car. Thank you for taking a little off my plate ☺️

I am completely satisfied with the quality of work, it just took a really long time, about 6 weeks for minor damage. The quality of the repair is excellent.

Poor communication, especially towards the end. The updates were inconsistent and unfortunately, came off very inconsiderate and untrustworthy. The receptionist was lovely, though.

This job wasn't much of a repair - side swipe - broken mirror and door handle with dent in door major parts of issue. The person assigned never initiated a call to tell me what was happening and, on several calls, flat out lied about the status of my car. Took 49 days to get car back, had rental via insurance maxed at 30 days but still cost me $10/day. I required Caliber to cover the remaining rental car cost but still had to go and redo the rental agreement. I had 11 text messages concerning when my car would be done. Only one gave me any information anything was wrong - door handle wasn't available. Had 3-4 conversations with advisor before this message and he even told me on one of these calls that the car would be done in one day - which was impossible without the door handle. Will never return and have advised my insurance adjustor of the situation and to not use this Caliber collision if at all possible.

Service was very bad, my car is still not right..they worked on the finder, service engine light was on, why I didn’t know. Had a full take of gas, someone was driving it…something was wrong with the window, sounds like outdoors..was raining in my car. This was my second time using Caliber Collision, the first time was great, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Very, Very bad.
