90% satisfied... Reasons for not being 100% satisfied: - received a call last Thursday indicating my car would be ready Friday or Monday... No call received so I called to check in mid day Monday, and received a "don't rush us" attitude... Wasn't ready until late afternoon Tuesday (summary- bad communication) - drink/coffee ring and some "scratches" (not previously there) on my trunk panel when I came to pick up. Drink ring came off and "scratches" turned out to be bondo or some other material. I was able to remove it with my fingernail...

The Car repair was for me, Christopher , however because the first name on the insurance was my wife Amber, you kept referring to me as Amber throughout the process even though it was I who checked in the car. A little irritating and careless.
