Tom at the Boulder office was a 9 because he was professional and gave timely and appreciated updates on my car and progress since there was extensive unexpected delays. Initially the Washington st office didn't email me my estimate the next day as they said they would, I had to call them 2-3 days later for it, that was initially concerning as far as what I could expect for customer service.

Your original repair and service were excellent. However I discovered an annoying rattle in the repaired sliding door. I called about it and again the service was excellent and repairs were quick and seem to have solved the problem. Thanks

The only thing that we weren't satisfied with was the way the receptionist treated my husband when he credit card was declined. We hadn't been informed yet that our credit card had fraudulent charges on it and was temporarily deactivated. My husband felt like he was treated like a "second class citizen".
