The front staff of Ramona was very welcoming. The young woman who made the estimate did a great job and explained everything to my satisfaction. I’m sorry I do not remember her name. We looked over my car when I picked it up, she was great then. When coming into the building the first time, I found the music was very loud and not appropriate for clients. The second time coming in was a little quieter, however not the music you want clients listening to when you are in customer service.
