I'm actually blown away -- in a good way! I has a very tiny bit of damage, but the car is only three months old. You not only did a great job, but the work was done in 48 hours. Wow! Never had that kind of service from a body shop before!

The only tiny hiccup -- and you fixed it -- was some confusion between your national answering service and local. However, you guys fixed it in about 20 minutes and all is fine!

Compared to Caliber Collision in Cypress, TX. The Boulder location on Sterling is very inefficient. Their updates lack detail unless you call seeking answers. It is not a friendly place. The work done was good, but I don’t believe that the same level of quality running boards were installed. My car’s exterior was thoroughly clean, but what should of been a 1 day job turned into 8 days. Plus, I had to wait a month to get a repair date. I would not go back or recommend them.

I having to take my vehicle back for misalignment on the bumper... back up cam and sensors not wiring, hood is out of line. Back tail light is out and finder protector inside the wheel well is not installed correctly.
