When I picked up my car after the repair, there was a scratch on the hood of my car that wasn't there before when I dropped it off. When I asked about it, they said that the damage was there when they did initial car intake. They showed me pictures of the car and the indication of the scratch on the hood at intake. Thing is, I brought the car in on a Monday, and the pictures weren't taken until Wednesday, so it is possible that the scratch occurred in the interim time. I didn't take any pictures of my car myself, so I don't have the ability to prove this, but it is annoying nonetheless, and it sounds like there isn't much I can do about it.

I’ve used a different caliber location before and was very happy and was overall satisfied with this caliber collision as well, would recommend but would warn about the repairs potentially taking a long time.
