All in the office were friendly although maybe too busy. I appreciated the rides to and from. And I was very pleased with the two day turnaround. It wasn’t what I expected.

Tara kept us updated frequently. We caught several areas that were overlooked or not done correctly, though, that delayed delivery. These should have been detected by Caliber quality control first.

The repairs were done really well. I was very pleased with how it turned out. It took waaay longer than I thought! I understand that the parts and assembly take awhile and I appreciate them taking their time to do it right. But, I don't understand why it took so long for the part to be ordered in the first place. However, when I expressed my concerns Raul did everything he could to get the car done before my insurance maxed out on the rental car and he got it done just in time. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service I was provided. Thank you.
