Angie and Jake were so helpful and made this experience as easy as possible. I really appreciated that Jake took the time to explain the repair process in detail, send text updates at each step, and keep me posted on the timeline. The team did excellent work, and my old car looks like new again. I hope I don't need more repairs in the future, but if I do, I will definitely come back to see Jake and Angie!

Angie and Jake made this process as easy as possible. Angie coordinated my rental car delivery directly to the Caliber location, which saved a lot of time. These guys did a great job with my vehicle. Brand new car that got rear ended (of course) and Jake made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. He was continuously providing email updates on my car throughout the process and was sure to explain to me everything they did once I went to pick up my car. Very hospitable and kind!
