From the moment I drove my car onto Caliber Collision, I was immediately amazed from the cleanliness of the parking and inside the building and the courteous and professionalism and capabilities of the entire staff to the "like new " restored condition of my car. I was kept periodically updated on the process and progression of the repairs and even closing out the final processing and pickup of my car and turning in of the rental vehicle took only a few effortless minutes. Great and painless process from beginning to end! Couldn't be more pleased with the process and outcome! Thank you Caliber Collision! I hope I never have to need extensive collision repair again, but if I do, I will be seeking out Caliber Collision and their services!

I would have scored a 12 instead of 10 if it had been available! I couldn't have been more pleased with the overall experience I had at Caliber Collision. The staff treated me like I was someone special, being courteous and professional and most helpful. John, my contact, kept me informed of the progress on my car throughout the process until finished. When I picked up my car, I was totally pleased, as it looked like it was coming right off the showroom floor at a dealership. Thank you Caliber Collision for the outstanding service you provided to me. I hope I never need them in the future, but if I do, I will not hesitate to enlist their service again.

Cannot say enough about the courteousness , the competence, the professionalism and caring nature of all of the staff that I dealt with. They all made me feel totally welcome and important and cared about. Again, they kept me informed of my car's progress throughout the entire process. The whole process was effortless and stress free!
