Excellent customer service, timely repair and vehicle looks great! From day one you made what I anticipated to be a messy and frustrating process of dealing with insurance, repair process and inconvenience to a positive by handling the whole process and keeping me updated. I will definitely highly recommend Caliber Collision to everyone that has hail or auto repair needs. The Broomfield office was very helpful and the Brighton office, who did the repairs, kept me informed at my convenience. All of the repairs completed at Brighton were of such high quality, it looks like I have a new car. Thank you USAA for the suggestion and thank you Caliber Collision for returning my heavily hail damaged SUV within 45 days.

they kept me informed of the status of the repair of my truck throughout the process. They did a tremendous job of matching the paint color of my truck to the tailgate and bumper which were the items that had to be repaired. Jackie was great from start to finish. I highly recommend this body shop!
