Work came out great. No more dents/ scratches and the paintjob came out excellent. Very knowledgeable people that work in this facility. Went above and beyond in cleaning out the car from inside and out aswell.

Upon opening the hood to inspect everything, I noticed several mistakes made. The high pressure a/c cap was missing. The low pressure a/c cap was missing. Luckily both caps were found rolling around above the firewall next to the windshield. Both battery cable terminals were loose. The negative battery cable wasn’t even pushed down all the way onto the battery. The plastic push rivet fastener to hold the washer fluid neck is missing (likely broken when removed) so the neck is not secure. Not sure if the trunk was touched but it’s loose when closed. All of these things make us nervous that more things were overlooked and missed that we’re not aware of. Doesn’t exactly build confidence in a customer’s experience. We would’ve rather waited another day if it meant everything was put back to the way it was. Given the end results of these small but important details, it feels as though a second set of eyes never checked everything over and it was just pushed out the door.
