Yes I will recommend them to a friend or co worker. Although I work in Broomfield and this place is in Frederick.

I did not know what to expect. I found Caliber Collision in Frederick because it was the closest to where I live. I heard some bad stories from co workers about their accidents and vehicles being taken in to get fixed and how long they had them when they gave them a time frame and it would be 2 weeks later. I was tough on them to start out just due to what I had heard about other places. They put up with me and when I got my vehicle back within the time frame given, it was exceptional. They went above and beyond. They detailed the inside of the vehicle. They went the extra mile and buffed out some other things on my car that did not have to do with the accident and did not charge for that. It was amazing. I feel like I am driving a brand new car again. Ashton did a wonderful job taking care of me and should this happen again, I will go back. I hope it does not as that means I had another accident. Anyway, I highly recommend the Frederick Caliber Collision. They treated me right and I am very satisfied.

The stuff I wrote in the first box, dido that here. Good customer service. It is hard to deal with people who have had an accident and do not know what to expect. Kind of like going to a Dr. office when you are sick, when you are sick you do not feel well so you are a bit grumpier. Satisfied

Friendly and professional staff, especially Rosemary. They took the time to explain the whole process, arrange my rental car, deal with insurance. Caliber stuck to the timeline they gave me and communicated the progress clearly along the way. The repairs looked perfect. The car was detailed and ready to go when I arrived. I would use Caliber in Erie every time, even if it wasn’t my insurance company’s preferred shop.

The repair in the door can be seen. My rear door fitment is off. The negative battery cable was never reconnected after work was complete. I was promised multiple items that were never delivered on. During calls with my rep, I was told things were already done that actually never happened in the first place.
