Rosemary was my point of contact, and she did an excellent job explaining the process and keeping me updated throughout the entire repair. Her communication and professionalism made a big difference. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked amazing! The crew at Caliber Collision was extremely polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’m very grateful for how smoothly the entire process went. The only negative part of my experience was with Enterprise Rental, which had no reflection on Caliber Collision or their team. Thank you to Rosemary and everyone at Caliber Collision for the outstanding service. I truly appreciate everything you did!

I brought my BMW in to fix wind and dest damage and a broken windshield and they quoted my insurance 22,000 dollars and my car got deemed as totaled also once I got home saw that they scraped the whole front end on my car. Never, ever, ever go here or recommend this place.
