Most communications occurred with my Husband who is the insurance policy holder. That was fine as I had scheduled an out of town trip and I was grateful that repairs did not hinge on my prompt response as I was 2 timeszones away. Fish up excels in customer service. Everyone I spoke to there is so friendly and easy going. I was satisfied with the outreach via text. The first person you have contact with at the front desk, I'm so sorry I forget her name, is very easy to deal with and very sweet. And I wish I could remember his name too, but I'm referring to the gentleman who gave me the initial estimate and spoke to me a couple times. Very very friendly and so easy to discuss things with. He even did a quick rough estimate on my girlfriend's car. This young man really helped and is a huge asset to the business.
