I am unsure how this would happen, seeing that there are both technicians and supervisors looking over the truck. I noticed the missing part in less than a minute. Missed a dent that was easily noticeable replaced the shell of back passenger door which had dents in it as well. Gave me my vehicle the first time which was unsafe to drive. Break lights did not work and signal lights did not work because they forgot to plug something in. Don’t know how something so simple was missed.
