From start to finish, Brie and Arron provided exceptional customer service and kept me informed every step of the repair process. I never had to wonder what was happening with my truck because they were proactive, professional, and communicated throughout the entire experience. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail. When I picked up my truck, it had been completely detailed inside and out and looked better than I ever expected. They didn't just repair my vehicle—they took pride in every aspect of the customer experience. One thing that absolutely blew me away was how they handled the items in my truck. My tie-down straps were carefully wound up, sorted by color, and organized into heavy-duty zip-top bags. That level of care and thoughtfulness goes far beyond what anyone would normally expect from an auto body shop, and it speaks volumes about the team and their commitment to their customers. The repairs were excellent, the communication was outstanding, and the customer service was second to none. Brie and Arron turned what could have been a stressful situation into an incredibly positive experience.
