I picked up my 2023 Ram 3500 Friday May 15 from your collision shop. It sat in my driveway all weekend. I took it to the dealership on Monday because severl engine codes were faulting and the turbo was not working. They fixed the problems plus a loose shifter lever ($644.28). However, the service advisor asked if I was aware of a "whammy" on the rear quarter panel. I told him no and that was the first time I had walked on the passenger side, and there it was, or is. It was not there before. BTW, the service advisor at South Pointe RAM said he has a picture of it they took upon intake. His name is Tommy Moreland *** *** ****. Please call me at *** *** ****.

I appreciate the kind staff and the speed of the repair, however buffing and touch ups were included in the service and upon pick-up, there was still a small paint chip mark. I now have to continue to worry about finding a time and day to get it serviced again. The reason I still put I’m completely satisfied even though there’s a paint chip, is the representative offered to fix it by picking up my car to repair and dropping it off. I’m hoping them fixing it will also be a smooth experience

Their communication was clear and their teamwork was wonderful. I felt like a very important person and not just another car coming through and being repaired. I appreciate the sweet guard puppy that kept my car safe 😉 and am glad I chose them to take care of my baby. The I strange process was so easy and y'all took so much stress out of my life. And the car was ready early!!!!!
