I appreciated how easy it was to get my car fixed. They dealt with my insurance company for me, all I had to do was pay the deductible. Also they were very professional and did a great job, and even got done more quickly than they estimated.

I understand that there is an industry-wide delay in parts and such ... but the communication regarding the delays was poor.

I have what I thinks looks like a bit of gapping, but.... the staff was amazing. They were so nice, understanding, and supportive. They walked me through everything and answered every question, no matter how silly. The paint is beautiful and I doubt anyone could imagine that the bumper is new. Thank you for being so amazing

Workin my car due to hail damage was great. My truck was shipped to Broken Arrow shop due to appt. wait time in all OKC area. Will in Broken Arrow was great. Waiting to here back from manager Ray at OKC store about possible dent to the roof of my truck which wasn’t part of the claim and we don’t believe was there prior to my appointment, etc.
