I had an excellent experience with Joe at Caliber Collision! My 2027 Kia Telluride was there for approximately three months due to parts being on back order, which was completely out of Joe’s control. Throughout the entire process, Joe was incredibly professional, patient, and communicative. He made sure to provide me with weekly updates—even when there were no new updates to share—which I truly appreciated. When I finally got my Telluride back, it looked brand new again! The repair work was absolutely wonderful, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
