My car looks great now but after having been told the car was done, I found a scratch on the new door and that the wheel had been completely overlooked. The repairs were still completed earlier than first told which was a nice surprise. I am now happy with the repairs.

Customer service was great - Aaron was friendly and very thorough with his explanation. Answered all my questions. Accurate with the timing of the repairs. Kept in constant communications about the completion date. Nice teamwork with Enterprise on car drop off and pick-up making it convenient. Surprised when my car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Very good quality repair work. Top notch experience.

Outstanding customer service from every person I had contact with. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Joe was transparent and honest in what repairs needed to be completed. I appreciated the updates he provided. Even the guys passing through the waiting area were friendly and greeted me. I will be highly recommending this location to everyone who asks.

I didn’t think a passenger side mirror replacement would cost me $400+ and when I get it back the right part isn’t even there. It doesn’t make sense to me to charge almost $500 and you can’t even get the correct part and I have to come back 2 times. I’m most likely never doing business with you again. I’ll leave a review explaining your incompetency.

The repair work is flawless Work was done sooner than promised I did notice that my tpms light is on after the service which is odd since I just had 2 new tires put on and the others rotated right before having the collision repair work done Also estimates are confusing If it wasn't paid by insurance I'd need a much clearer understanding of what was done and why
